Fact is they did not even use the the AG’s office. So it would be prudent that Mr Astaphane be paid by the Labor Party and if they are successful then cost are refunded to them but the public gets back money. We cannot take those risks with USD40,000 and god knows whats the eventual bill. Let them put their money where their mouth is and file this suit. In fact Astaphane can recieve a healthy bonus if he is successful. Why not use this method?
