The Unforgettable Journey is on!

Saint Lucia is in the throes of the silver jubilee of the annual Saint Lucia Jazz & Arts Festival. The event is one of the major activities on the annual calendar and has attracted a reputation of being one of the best festivals in the world. Over the next week locals and visitors alike will enjoy a variety of eclectic sounds from Saint Lucian, regional and international musicians and singers. The event also boasts a wide variety of artistic expressions including culinary, theatre, fashion, handicrafts, film and dance. The 2016 Saint Lucia Jazz & Arts Festival offers community events, free events, workshops and paid main-stage concerts. In this photograph featuring singer Chrycee, Blue Coral Mall warmed things up ahead of the main-stage events which started last night at the Mindoo Phillip Park with the opening Caribbean party. (See page 9 and 2Nite Magazine for more on this year’s Jazz Festival.)
