[dropcap]A[/dropcap]fter yet another successful carnival season in Trinidad, Saint Lucia’s Teddyson John (TJ) has secured his spot on the impressive line-up for one of the Caribbean’s most popular festivals; the St. Kitts Music Festival. Now in its twenty-first year, the St. Kitts Music Festival is scheduled for Thursday, June 22 through to Saturday June 24, 2017, at Warner Park Stadium in Basseterre and promises to deliver an experience like never before.

On Friday June 23, TJ is expected to wow fans and patrons at Warner Park with his usual powerful and dynamic performance as he delivers hits from his catalogue of music, including ‘Allez’ and ‘No Code’. TJ will also share the stage with the likes of other soca ambassadors such a Lyrikal, Ricardo Drue and the recently crowned, two-time International Soca Monarch, Voice.

“Despite having graced the stages of many local, regional and international festivals, each experience is unique. To be added to the St. Kitts Music Festival is truly an honour for me, “TJ declared, adding that his performance would also be historic for Saint Lucia as it will be the first time a Saint Lucian soca artiste features at the festival.

Other artistes for the St. Kitts Music Festival include Movado, Jah Cure, Shabba Ranks, Ed Robinson, Phyllisia Ross, the Goo Goo Dolls and reggae icons Third World.
