Who are we?
The Bank was formally established on August 19, 1994, in accordance with Article 40 of the Eastern Caribbean Home Mortgage Bank Agreement, which was incorporated in the Eastern Caribbean Home Mortgage Bank Agreement Act, and subsequently passed in the member territories.

The Opportunity
The primary objective of ECHMB Capital’s Investments Department is to maximize investment returns within prescribed levels of risk through a broadly diversified investment portfolio. Under the general direction of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the incumbent will assist in the administration and review of investment portfolio of the Bank.
