VACANCY – COMMUNITY AND FAMILY SYSTEMS ADVISOR and STRATEGIC COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST

DAI, a U.S. international development agency, is currently soliciting candidates for several senior positions for a new project in Saint Lucia. Positions include Community and Family Systems Advisor and Strategic Communications Specialist.

The Community and Family Systems Advisor will lead project interventions under Objective 4: Community and Family Systems Strengthened, and co-conduct community safety and resiliency assessments with community leaders and CBOs to identify key community actors, hotspots for delinquency, trends of spreading violence, and other indicators of safety and resilience to serve as a roadmap of entry points for interventions.

The Strategic Communications Specialist will be responsible for project communications and reporting, internally and externally, and for planning and managing the full breadth of the communications and outreach activities of the project, with a strong focus on articulating the project’s value proposition to stakeholders and promoting the reach and impact of the project.
