Warrant of Arrest for Eye Doctor

 

A Warrant of Arrest in the First Instance, dated the 5th of August, 2011, has been issued for the arrest of Alzacar Jadjuli, originally of the Philippines, for not being a holder of a Medical Practicing Certificate in the state of Saint Lucia and did perform an optical surgery on a young woman, about 1:00pm, on Wednesday the 12th of July, 2011, at Rodney Bay, Gros-Islet.

Another Warrant of Arrest in the First Instance, dated 5th of August, 2011, has been issued for the arrest of the aforementioned individual, for not being a Registered Medical Practitioner in the state of Saint Lucia and did perform an optical surgery on a young woman, about 1:00pm, on Wednesday the 12th of July, 2011,  at Rodney Bay, Gros-Islet.

 

Police are appealing to anyone who may have information concerning the whereabouts of this individual, to contact the crime hotline, at telephone number: 4539999 or 2856105. Persons can also contact the Major Crime Unit at Telephone number: 4563754.
