However, the Compete Caribbean grant award to Cellestial is listed on the Compete Caribbean website here http://www.competecaribbean.org/program/enterprise-innovation-challenge-fund.

It’s unclear how many applicants Compete Caribbean received but they do perform some due diligence as listed here http://www.competecaribbean.org/program/enterprise-innovation-challenge-fund/innovation-window
Perhaps they can provide additional information about Cellestial
