The Water and Sewerage Company Inc (WASCO) wishes to inform the general public that ALL services which were suspended during the COVID-19 restrictions will resume from Monday May 18th, 2020.
These services will be rendered at all our branches and include:
-Bill balances and payments
-New connections
-Reconnections
-Disconnections
-Queries
-Sewer Services
The resumption of services is in keeping with the gradual easing of the COVID-19 restrictions established by the government of St Lucia. As part of the Essential Services Sector, WASCO also wishes to remind the public that ALL safety protocols remain in full effect for customers visiting our outlets.
These include social distancing and the wearing of masks upon entry. Customers are also urged to utilise the hand sanitizer dispensers which have been placed at all our customer service locations, upon entry and exit.
