This stigma attach to Secondary Education is and continue to be used in gradeing ones personal ability in reaching their zenith in life. In earnest kids who failed the common entrance their only other option was to get ” the second best thing”. This is a colonial noose. The same can be say about half days, the bankers needed time to rest because of the influx of slave owerns on wenesday to deposit their wealth from the plantation earnings. As one can see the tradition still lingers half day is centered around the bank not goverment.
