When will we ask people to take personal responsibility? There is enough information available for those who want to be informed. You don’t have to attend university to be able to have a basic understanding of economics and governance. We have a bunch of lazy, nasty, selfish, wanna be rich overnight people in our society, yet we ignore that and find fault in politicians who come from that same bunch. To borrow one of your favorite terms Rick, it’s as if you are tacitly endorsing the crap behavior of our people. Why don’t you encourage our young people to get off their butts and do something positive. There are more opportunities to make money in sports than ever before. Young people get up and do something to bring about the change you want to see. Join or form clubs, read, so you can be informed. Get involved in agriculture, use and encourage your peers to use local products. Educate yourselves to take over the reigns of governance. Get rid of this mental slavery of just sitting on a block and blaming everyone but yourself for your situation. The politicians have done and continue to do crap because we allow them. We can only stop that trend by us becoming informed and involved in the process of governance. Stop sitting idly by and allow a small group of people to dictate your quality of life. Attaining a doctorate or becoming a professional athlete does not happen by one just sitting and…
