Lol…rick that’s like a sick old joke……but think of it ..after 30 years of colonialistic john….we twice elected Kenny…….either the majority of us slow and we like it so…….an I d ten t is one PhDs …doctorate an all…….this is so sad….and it s what happens when we don’t call a spade a spade….our pm plain stupid….sorry

To all bright people out there. What document did King sign? Is King’s signature the only requirement for a contract between the government and another party to be given effect? Wouldn’t the Attorney general’s signature be required (or another valid witness)to validate such a document? Did the two gentlemen actually witness the signature? If in fact King signed the document given to him by Huntley and had retracted the document, a subsequent claim by Huntley could be viewed as a fete acomplis. This is because of the subsequent claim by Huntlley can be viewed in light of his subsequent actions (actually claiming that King had signed when the deal became known as a rotten deal also with a view to protect the reputation of Kenny). Let the legal kilibwees debate that is issue.

There’s no question that Kenny Anthony messed up big time and breach the constitution. I have never questioned that or any of the information presented by Rick, but like Jason, I believe that Stephenson King and his administration are as guilty as Kenny in this mess. In fact, they are the ones responsible for the breach of contract. Sure we can blame Kenny Anthony for going into this agreement but we cannot ignore King’s role in the cause of the suit against the government. Grynberg is claiming that the contract signed by Kenny is still valid because he invoked the force majeure but even if the tribunal should find it expired he is aware that King signed an extension. We must also remember that King hired a delegation of high profile american lawyers who specialize in oil exploration contracts to look at the contract signed by Kenny and determine if it was valid. We never got a report on their findings. I suppose none of that is important to Rick though, all that matters is Kenny got us there.

Good article Rick, we need to be reminded what the Kenny Anthony Government has done in our name. Sadly the evidence seems to support the position that Earl Huntley and Kenny Anthony had their own little boys Club, and that point has yet to be addressed by the PM. Why did, the highly praised Constitution Lawyer ignore the guidance of the constitution ? Can we have an answerer to that question Madam Jada ? How does the members of his cabinet feel ? Can they trust a Prime Minister who obviously does not believe he can trust them with confidential information ?

Only Jadia and Kenny could spin an administrative procedure as a win on the substance of the case. He entered into an agreement with Grynberg, against the constitution, against any transparent discussion and now hes muddying the water to cover up. God knows what king was doing as well.
