What I understand is that in order to give some assistance to St. Lucia in this investigation there was a request to waive the death penalty on that particular case. You have to understand that it is UK resources helping St. Lucia, So Kenny needs to show some appreciation and grace, and not behave like a jammet in the Castries Market.
