Windjammer Landing Villa Beach Resort, located on the north coast of Saint Lucia, has received a TripAdvisor® Certificate of Excellence for the sixth consecutive year.
TripAdvisor® Certificate of Excellence achievement celebrates hospitality businesses that have earned positive traveller reviews on TripAdvisor over the previous year based on quality customer experiences.
“We are proud and honoured to receive this prestigious award from TripAdvisor for the sixth consecutive year – especially since it reflects the excellent impressions we have made on our guests,” said Mark Ozawa, managing director of Windjammer Landing.
“Our dedicated staff works diligently to ensure each visitor has a memorable vacation, and the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence reinforces our commitment to guests,” he added.
The Certificate of Excellence accounts for the quality and quantity of reviews submitted by travellers on TripAdvisor over a 12-month period.
To qualify, a business must maintain an overall TripAdvisor “bubble” rating of at least four out of five, have a minimum number of reviews, and must have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months.
