Taking first knock CCSS were in some bother at 31 for three. However, a stubborn partnership of 56 runs between Nick Elibox 30 and Stewart Calderon 29 helped them reach a respectable total of 139 runs in 37.2 overs.
In the bowling department Kester Charlemagne picked up four for 21 in eight overs.
In their reply, SMC were tottering at 10 for three with their leading run scorer Charlery back in the pavilion. However, they were able to establish partnerships along the way and were able to squeeze home in the 38th over scoring 140 for nine.
