The process for Saint Lucians began in August 2014 when the Embassy of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, in co-ordination with the Ministry of Education in Saint Lucia, began the process of promotion, achieving full participation with more than fifty applicants. The interview stage was held between the months of September and November 2014, according to the regulations of Fundayacucho.
