On Tuesday, December 1, 2015 police formally charged 65 year old, Gerald St. Croix of Saltibus, Laborie for the offence of Murder.
St. Croix was charged in connection with the death of his brother, Rufus St. Croix also of Saltibus.
He made an appearance before the second district court on Wednesday, December 02, 2015 where he was remanded until January 26, 2016.
