Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of 22 year old, Anthony Modeste alias “Urias” of Jacmel, Anse La Raye. On Friday, February 5, 2016 about 9:50 p.m. Modeste was discovered with gunshot wounds to the body near his mothers’ residence in Jacmel. He was transported to the Victoria Hospital where he was pronounced dead by a medical doctor. A post mortem is scheduled for Monday, February 08, 2016. Investigations continue into this matter.
