The Valley Carnival Queen Pageant Committee, in collaboration with Dezole carnival band, will this evening host the second Miss Valley Carnival Queen Pageant at the Jon Odlum Secondary School Auditorium. Five beautiful and talented young ladies will vie for the title and, after the first pageant last year, organisers are preparing for an even bigger and better show in 2016. Showtime is 7pm and the ladies will be judged on Introduction, Swimwear, Talent and Interview.
Contestants are Carleen Isidore – Miss Cul-de-Sac, Frederika Frederick – Miss Marigot, Edel William – Miss Sarrot, Tricia Augustin – Miss Millet and Shanic Hippolyte – Miss Anse La Raye.
Last year’s winner was Cassandra Pierre representing Cul-de-sac.
