CIBC FirstCaribbean recently celebrated Customer Appreciation Day at all of its branches in Saint Lucia. Customers were treated to goodies, snacks and ‘thank you’ cupcakes, a lively steelpan performance by Imran Simmons and interactive events such as karaoke. The bank also hosted a cocktail reception for retail clients with networking, food and fun on the agenda. Customers enjoyed festive décor at the bank’s branches in Rodney Bay, Castries, Soufriere and Vieux Fort and were welcomed and greeted by branch managers and Country Manager, Ladesa James-Williams.
Mrs. James-Williams remarked, “We enjoy going all out, to show our customers how valued they are at CIBC FirstCaribbean. We have a long history of serving our clients and community and we continue to take the time to get to know our customers and focus on fulfilling their needs. We take pride in serving customers in ways that continue to exceed their expectations and promote mutually beneficial services to our retail and personal account holders.”
