Edward Joseph, Chef Harry as he was affectionately known, passed away this morning at the Victoria Hospital. He was 78. Entertainer, local philanthropist and proprietor of the once thriving Green Parrot Restaurant & Bar located on Morne Fortune on a street which was named after him.
