Digicel, in keeping with its mandate of employee development and growth, today announced the promotion of Holly Hughes-McNamara to Regional CEO for St. Lucia, St. Vincent and the Grenadines and Grenada, and Siobhan James-Alexander to the position of Digicel St. Lucia Country Manager.
With over seven years’ experience in the telecommunications and technology sector, Siobhan moves into the position of Digicel St. Lucia Country Manager from her current role as Operations Manager in which she has responsibility for Customer Care, Customer Experience, Product Developments and Project Management.
Holly Hughes-McNamara said; “I am looking forward to taking up my new role as Regional CEO for St. Lucia, St. Vincent and the Grenadines and Grenada. Digicel continues to evolve as a full telecommunications and entertainment provider and so, with this new role, I will continue to do my best to serve our customers across the region. I would also like to take this opportunity to wish Siobhan all the very best in her new role.”
Commenting on her new role, incoming Digicel St. Lucia Country Manager, Siobhan James-Alexander said; “I am thrilled to be leading the team as we continue to transform the telecommunications landscape in St. Lucia. I look forward to building on the excellent work that has been done thus far and taking the business to new levels of growth and productivity by offering innovative products and services to our much valued customers who are at the heart of everything we do.”
Digicel CEO for the Caribbean and Central America, Regis Romero, said; “I would like to thank Holly for her years of service as Digicel St. Lucia Country Manager and the great work that was accomplished during her tenure. I would also like to congratulate both women on their promotions and wish them the very best in their new roles.”
The new structure is effective March 1st 2015.
