Kubuli Introduced to St Lucia!

Straight out of Dominica, Kubuli is now available in St Lucia!

Kubuli Beer is here! Many Saint Lucians in the past have enjoyed the great flavour of this beer, particularly during Dominica’s World Creole Music Festival. But no longer will they have to travel to the sister isle to savour the taste. Kubuli, which has gone regional and international, is now available at retail outlets, bars and restaurants in Saint Lucia, thanks to Bryden’s, distributors of the award winning beer.

Kubuli Beer, is an amber-coloured lager, which won the “Monde Selection” Gold Medal in Brussels in 2002. According to Brand Manager, Kim Florent it is being introduced here at an affordable price and comes as part of Brydens’ commitment to continue sourcing new, exciting, quality products to make available to the St Lucian people. “One of the highlights of this great beer is the fact that it is brewed with one hundred percent natural spring water and under the strictest brewing processes and quality checks,” Florent says.

Of course coming from Dominica, which is known as the “Nature Isle” Kubuli does embody that un-spoilt flair and is brewed to perfection using the Dominica Brewery & Beverages LTD’s very own formula.

This fresh, German oriented beer has gained favour from beer drinkers from Europe to North America and all over the Caribbean. According to Florent, today it is all about giving the discerning Saint Lucian beer drinker a choice when it comes to beer. “And we think that Kubuli is a great choice and one we are proud to be associated with here in the Saint Lucian Market,” he says.

Kubuli Beer which gains its name from the derivative of Dominica’s indigenous name “Waitukubuli” meaning “tall is her body” does embody the similar strength and resilience, yet smoothness as a premium brew. It is brewed with the finest malted barley, hops, yeast, sugar and of course Dominica’s one hundred percent natural spring water, capturing that great taste. So go ahead and try a Kubuli right here in Saint Lucia today!
