LiiVE Productions Inc., events management and promotions company in Saint Lucia has handed over pledged donations from D-A-S-H – The Independence Colour Run 2015 to the Child Development and Guidance Centre on March 26, 2015.
LiiVE Productions Inc. is a fairly new company but can be considered as trailblazers in hosting events that offer a unique sensory experience for its patrons with hopes of uplifting the entertainment product in Saint Lucia. As a proponent of creativity and innovation, LiiVE Productions Inc. has chosen to highlight the importance of enabling this from an early stage by partnering with the Child Development and Guidance Centre. “We felt the need to give back to the Child Development and Guidance Centre whose focus is to provide developmental assessment, early intervention and therapeutic services to children from birth, who require that additional care and support”, said Dione Benn-Cooper, partner in LiiVE Productions Inc.
The CDGC was presented with a cheque for EC$1,500.00 from the LiiVE Pro team. This pledge was directly earned from hosting Saint Lucia’s first ever colour run on March 8th and was augmented with a ECD$500.00 donation from Consolidated Foods Limited, an Alcatel tablet with 4G data enabled service from LIME and several cases of H2O bottled water from Winfresh Limited. “We would like to sincerely thank the management of LiiVE Pro Events for choosing to partner with us and we hope that we can continue to work with them in raising awareness of pediatric disabilities in Saint Lucia“, said director and paediatrician at the centre, Dr. Kim Gardner.
