About 10:00am on Friday the 20th of May, 2011, Kirby James of Riverside Road, Castries, was involved in a fight with an individual from the Ciceron area. The fight took place on Riverside Road. During the fight the accused slashed Kirby’s throat with a cutlass, causing injury to him. Kirby is presently admitted at the Victoria Hospital in stable condition. One man is presently in police custody assisting with investigations reference to this incident.
