The St Lucia National Netball Association had another action packed weekend as play continued in the 2013 Independence Netball Classic.
In a Division Two games played Saturday at the Vigie Multi-Purpose Sports Complex, Avengers made light work of the National Under-16 side coming away with a 55-13 win. The 1987 All Stars defeated Atlantic Ballers 39-29. The game between Young Stars United and Shamrock was rained out and was rescheduled for play on Tuesday.
In a Division One highly competitive encounter played in Vieux Fort, Soufriere defeated YOLO Heats 38-35.
On Sunday in Division Two Games, Dynamic Fresh Ones overwhelmed Young Stars 44-9 and the Under-16 side were victorious over Ciceron Seagulls 33-7.
In Division One play, Elite Strikers had their way against Canaries United winning 65-16 and Soufriere grounded St Lucian Eagles 52-36.
