The St Lucia Cycling Association (SLCA) elected a new executive to serve for the next two years at it Bienial General Meeting held on Saturday at Olympic House. The Executive elected comprise the following persons: President, Cyril Mangal; Vice President, Melvin Henry; Secretary, Roderick Cherry; Assistant Secretary, Shana Clifford; Treasurer, Leslie Serieux; Public Relations Officer, Andre Charles.
