Red Light, Green Light 1,2,3…

The British Royal Guards at Buckingham Palace are well known for standing completely still and unresponsive no matter what is happening around or even to them. And many have tried their best to fluster the Queen’s guards and elicit any kind of response from them. Well, guess what? This week we found St Lucia’s version of the stiff lipped squad randomly at a Digicel store promotion. No idea what she was representing exactly but we’re going to take a stab in the dark and say she was ‘being extraordinary’. Or maybe she was in the midst of the beloved childhood game red, light, green light. Or perhaps it has someting to do with all that Jazz and Art judging by the way she is clinging to that disco ball. But as the police would say “details are sketchy” although the guy looking on may know something that we don’t!
