Regular season winding down in Men’s Basketball Tournament

Thursday’s game in the Rooster Select National Men’s Basketball Tournament at the Vigie Multi-Purpose Sports Complex between Maze Sniperz and VBCC Warlords, continued Friday night due to?light showers that interrupted play. At the time of the downpour, VBCC Warlords led Maze Snipperz 34 – 31 with 4:22 left in the 3rd quarter.?   The Rooster Select National Men’s Basketball Tournament is approaching the end of its regular season games this coming weekend. Three games will culminate at both the Gros Islet and Vigie Complex?today (Saturday), for what has been an exciting and competitive regular season action.
At Gros Islet from 6:00 pm, Gros Islet Door Deals play Combined Schools. At the Vigie Complex, the Morne take on Babonneau at 6:00 pm, followed by an 8:00 pm encounter between the high flying Courts Jets and Southern Warriors.?    Playoff games will resume with two of the first quarter-final knockout round at the Beausejour Indoor Practice Facility on May 4 and May 6. The matchups for the quarter-finals will be prepared?after this weekend round of games.
