Sandals La Toc Employees Benefit from 2-Day Health Symposium

The Human Resource Management of Sandals Regency La Toc Golf Resort & Spa has joined hands with the Ministry of Health, Wellness, and Human Service to deliver a Workplace Wellness Symposium to over 740 combined staff members.

The event, which took place on September 22 and 23 sought to provide health screening to the staff complement as part of an overall aim to facilitate a health and productive work environment.

Human Resource Manager for Sandals Regency La Toc Karen Brown said the move married well with her office’s continued commitment to empowering staff and enabling this massive complement to deliver and perform at their best.

“We are always cognizant of the fact that our employees lead busy lives and we like to encourage them to not only focus on their career advancement but also their health and strength. The Ministry of Health shares this vision and has graciously agreed to assist in creating the environment to promote such an ideal,” said General Manager for Sandals Regency La Toc Michael James.
