Sandals Resorts in Saint Lucia is advising the public to be aware of persons unlawfully and illegally pretending to be company officials, and who may be demanding money or phone credits in order to set up job interviews. Representatives of the resort chain say such persons are not authorized representatives of Sandals Resorts.
Sandals Resorts reminds the general public that all Human Resource matters, including the hiring of personnel, are handled only by the respective Human Resources teams attached to each resort. No organization or individual is authorized to act on behalf of Sandals Resorts International unless otherwise announced.
A press statement from the resort warns: “At no time is any member of the public to give money or any other financial requests made by any individual.”
The public is advised to ignore and report any third party agency that maliciously professes to represent the company’s interest in this regard. It must also be noted that uniforms are issued to all Sandals Resorts employees free of charge. There is no fee for uniforms of any kind.
