Shoe Rehab, a locally owed shoe repair and enhancement shop located at the JQ Rodney Bay Mall, will be hosting their first annual “Back to School Shoe Drive”.

The aim of the drive is to ensure that children in need around the island will be provided with adequate footwear to start the upcoming school term.

The company will be working with various schools and foundations island wide to identify children in need of the donations. The
public is asked to partake in this shoe drive by donating gently worn school footwear.

Donations can be dropped off at Shoe Rehab (located at the JQ Rodney Bay Mall, first store on ‘The Strip’) from now till September 1st, between the hours of 9am and 6pm daily. Contributions of Backpacks, lunch bags and school books will also be accepted.

All items collected will be sanitized, refurbished and distributed during the first week of September to needy school children in various communities island wide.

“Help us help those in need give the gift of footwear,” says manager Mandisa Morrison.
