Soufriere Creole Jazz, which is organized and promoted by the Soufriere Foundation is this year expected to be another great experience, following on the heels of last year’s headline act Kassav.
Earlier this month the Foundation announced that the contract between the organization and this year’s headliner had been signed, sealed and delivered.
Popular Jamaican Reggae crooner Jah Cure will take the stage of the Soufriere mini Stadium on May 1 as the headline act.
Following that announcement came that of yet another great Caribbean act for the May 1 event. The Original Bouyon Pioneers of Dominica (comprising former members of WCK) will also be gracing the Soufriere stage much to the delight of fans. The response has been overwhelming on the organizations event Facebook page so far.
Soufriere Creole Jazz 2015 will also feature Barbara Cadet, Teddyson John and Soufriere’s very own Future Lights band.
