Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of 37 year old, Cletus Estephane of Goodlands, Castries.
On Saturday, November 7, 2015 about 9:45 a.m. officers attached to the Police Marine Unit recovered the body of Estephane off the coast of Cul De Sac Beach in Castries.
He was transported to the Victoria Hospital where he was pronounced dead by a medical doctor.
A post mortem has been scheduled for November 10, 2015.
