Coco Palm has earned its fifth consecutive TripAdvisor® Certificate of Excellence award. The accolade, which honours hospitality excellence, is given only to establishments that consistently achieve outstanding traveller reviews on TripAdvisor, and is extended to qualifying businesses worldwide. Establishments awarded the Certificate of Excellence represent the upper echelon of businesses globally which are listed on the website.
The Chastanet family, which owns Coco Palm and is involved at all levels in the boutique hotel, credits its Saint Lucian team for the Certificate of Excellence. “Being honoured by TripAdvisor® endorses not only Coco Palm but the 155 team members who earned this award. It is what each of them does every day to host our guests that has given us this honour today,” noted Managing Director Allen Chastanet.
Mr Jean St Rose, General Manager, who opened the hotel over eleven years ago, was proud to share the honour with his team. St Rose observed, “We have seen the business change and guests today use these platforms to share their views which go viral instantly. We have to stay on our game and with this Certificate of Excellence it shows my team has delivered which I will share with each department as they all made a difference.”
Marketing Director Feolla Chastanet stated, “Business today is very transparent with guests having tools such as TripAdvisor® to refer to in deciding what hotel to choose. In speaking to our guests, nine out of ten will say they chose Coco Palm because of our review.” She continued: “Given such an influence, Coco Palm will celebrate this fifth Certificate of Excellence with all our Heads of Department as we must be doing something right.”
