The Goddard Group of Companies in St. Lucia (GGSL) is pleased to announce its planned merger of Bryden and Partners Ltd. (Brydens) and Peter and Company Ltd. into a single, highly efficient marketing and distribution company. This merger follows GGSL’s recent purchase of the minority shareholding in Brydens from ANSA McAL Ltd., a Trinidad based conglomerate. This purchase gives GGSL full ownership of Brydens which has been an important strategic step for the Group.
The Group wishes to thank its customers for their patronage over the years and looks forward to continuing to serve the St. Lucian public through its strengthened distribution division.

Unity is strength for who ?? Not the consumers of St Lucia who for decades and the remaining days of their lives has to content with these families building their empire on the back of poor and working class St Lucians.. Import licenses been only given to that political connect mob exclusively with no room for competition EVER. St Lucia need it's own Mugabe.
