Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of 42 year old, Syana Mathurin of Delcer, Choiseul. Mathurin was reported missing on Saturday, January 23, 2016. On Wednesday, January 27, 2016 about 3:40 p.m. her partly decomposed body was discovered suspended on a cliff in Moolas, Choiseul. She was pronounced dead on the scene by a medical doctor. A post mortem has been scheduled for Saturday, January 30, 2016.
